Wasit 35 7/8 inches - This is really showing and I am wearing trousers that I need suspenders for. Forgot to weigh myself this morning, but have been consistently at 180 lbs. That is a definite 17 lbs off. I guess my weigh in tomorrow will show that I am either under 180 or the same. Either way, I am happy about my changes. Started looking for sugar yestarday and lots of lifesavers in the candy jar, but walked right by. Maybe some peppermint tea today to treat myself. Happy Eating - Healthy that is.
