No Fast Days, logging food or gym this week. Bleh!

At least I've recovered from that fever and tummy cramps :)

Hopefully I'll have a chance to have a workout at the gym tomorrow and Friday. This is a crazy busy weekend as we are hosting the WWP Live Wrestling Event in Durban at Sibiya Casino on Saturday. My bro has a match against a dude from Jhb and it should be an awesome and entertaining event :)

I'll be helping our wrestlers at our training school with their nutrition and diet from June :)
