Low weight today, after TOM, this is how it goes, pretty good. 133 lbs... wooot! I have never ever imagined to reach this weight in my life... so it feels pretty good... went to gym yesterday and am still going regularly, my butt is really starting to look nice... Love it! Gym is the best thing... you see the hot people, get out from home and work on your body... awesome stuff!
Food side is also awesome.. eating good, cooking (mostly my bf cooks but I eat lol) and no, I am not on a diet, I am eating much more than when I was extremely careful and trying to lose weight, now I eat double of that but I also work it out and burn a lot of those calories!
Things are good; health, diet & weight wise. Controle is ON.
