I'm loving the 16:8 IF it's making my mornings so much easier because I only make lunch the previous day. I haven't been exercising very well either but have lost a few grams which I'm happy it's a loss nonetheless. It also helps that I'm drinking lots of water like 2-3litres a day, the loo is a tedious task but it's worth the trouble I guess I'm hoping to do better this week with a bit of training.Hope everyone has a great healthy week🙌
