I think I'm finally getting deeper into Ketosis again. I felt that clarity that I haven't felt in over a month, and the urges for food have decreased significantly. I've fallen back into the habit of drinking water whenever I feel hungry, and more often than not it seems that is what my body was craving.

Today was another tough day, Mondays are always very tough for me, but it was not as bad with the increasing adaptation.

The back pain, however, has been significantly worse. My new back brace will arrive tomorrow, and as I work at the post office I can snag it before it is even supposed to go out for delivery! I'm really hoping that'll make a difference.
