Just ate an apple...10 min later I threw it up. Wasn't very pleasant. I don't know why it happened b/c I felt fine but now my stomach doesn't feel good. Hope this doesn't happen all day :(

mint gum of some sort (sugar free) usually works to settle the stomach too. It's the act of chewing that gets the enzymes working!
