Well with my weigh in tomorrow today is suppose to be my Fast day but we have Pizza day at work today so guess Fast day is out the window. I'm going to skip breakfast and try skip supper as well and just hope my gym session tonight works off the pizza I'm going to eat today... Hoping for at least a little drop tomorrow...

Kimmy u can try swapping your days around for such situations. Make today a normal day and fast 2moro and weigh in on Sun morning. Fridays are such a wildcard since its ideal for a fast day but then life happens and it can become a social evening. This is why I weigh in on Thursday mornings which is after my Wednesday Fast Day. I just don't trust my Friday Fast Days to be 100% on track all the time.

I was going to do that but I have a stall at a market on Sunday due to the rain last Sunday, so I cant go weigh in and have to do it tomorrow. I would love to weigh in on a Thursday but I cant go to gym in the mornings in the week and don't want to weigh at night.
Oh well If i dont have a big drop this week then I will just work harder for next week :-)
