Looked at your food diary lol. You didn't keep track of any thing.Are you new? Don't be so hard on yourself.Its a life style change.It takes time to learn how to eat.So try giving up half of the sugar you eat then work on not having any or less of it.

I'm a sugaraholic.I found low carb eating has made my cravings go away. Did you read on all the diff plans you can go on here? Try finding one that is best for you.
