55 lbs gone? Yaaaaassss 👑
I've lost 9.2 points off my BMI and 19% off my starting weight! I've also lost 37% of the 150lbs I want to lose!

I have two advantages Navymom First, I'm young so my metabolism hasn't slowed down yet Second, I can't process sugar which is where all this weight came from! Now that I know that and have medicine to process the sugar I'm losing weight better Before it didn't matter what I ate, even when I tried vegetarian I gained weight
