i feel as if i'm walking through a big fishtank. My legs and arms are heavy, and my astma is acting up, so i can hardly breath. Today i tried on a pait of jeans i swear i could fit into last yeaar, but it wouldn't fit at all. I though i lost weight since last year??!!
It is taking me all efford to log on here, let alone that i must fullfill my challenge oblications.
A very smart guy convinced me yesterday to eat at least 1600 kcal and let the 1000 kcal idea go. I will trie my best this week to maintain that 1600 kcal goal. At the very least it sounds a lot healthier then 1000 ;) and maybe the extra 600 will help me get through the "not eat after 8"-challenge.

so picking up my layers of fat and crawl to my workout for the day. Got to make those daily challenges...
