Alrighty now, so I have weighed myself everyday for I think 2 or 3 days straight. I'm running a bit of an experiment here. I picked up the book Keto Clarity and have literally read it cover to cover within 2 days. I am trying to see the effect on my diet of not so much watching calories or counting net carbs. I'm counting carbs, period. I do believe that when i look back my total carbs for the past week or so got as high as 50g or so because I watching net carbs not the carbs. I've had a another drop in my weight which is great to see. So, so far so good right? Also, I tried the bullet proof coffee again and this time I cut the recipe in half to save myself some calories because even though I say I'm trying to ignore it, old habits die hard. Oh I also tried to up my overall Fat intake. I cooked three recipes this weekend from the Kto Clarity book. If you're interested take a look at my recipes/diary.
