BREAKFAST = low carb pumpkin muffin & 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.

LUNCH = Tarragon/Almond Chicken salad over a bed of leafy greens.

SNACK = 5 s/f candies

DINNER = Jack In The Box- Chicken Fajita Pita & a side salad with Ranch dressing
