I am SO HUNGRY today! I think I kick started a binge yesterday by giving in to the urge not only to stop at McDonalds and have a McDouble, but to have TWO. I MEANT to just stop there and have a snack wrap with grilled chicken. The grease is like CRACK, dude.
Now I have what I call "starving mouth" -- my stomach is satisfied, because I've had two healthy, whole grain items for breakfast. But my mouth is just constantly drooling. It feels like my mouth is controlling my brain, making everything I see on TV look SO delicious. I staved it off for a little while by having a ham & cheese Lean Pocket with lowfat mayo and mustard, but man, I could easily eat... well, anything good if it was in the house!
