I am having such a hard time not being able to drink diet soda, I LIVE for diet dr pepper and I can't have it and its killing me not to mention the caffine withdrawl is making me really B%*chy...... I have been drinking nothing but water but I HATE water lol. I caved and added a crystal light to my water hopefully that won't sabotage me but I needed some flavor I feel so thirsty all the time and the water just doesn't seem to quench my thirst at all. After I added the Crystal light however it did. Anyway thats my venting for today gonna make some 4 bean chili tonight NO MEAT. Although I do have a question. I bought this Smart ground meatless fat free veggie protein crumbles sorta like ground beef but veggie. Can we eat this sort of thing on phase 1? I got it in the produce section and its 100% veggie so I'm curious... If its allowed I'm thinking of adding it to my chili.

I believe you can try that sort of thing. Let us know how it is. Regarding flavorless water, a little fresh squeezed lemon and a hint of splenda can help. That way you avoid the sugars in Crystal light! Way to stick to it though! Good job!

Hey there! If the crumbels are essentially tofu or doy, they should be fine. I saw the Boca brand the othe day at the store and may pick some up now to make chili too! I looooooove chili:)
