i changed my goal weight today... My ultimate goal is still 70 or less, but it is not realistic and too big a step.
The first goal i set for myselve is the goal i set together with my buddy. If we both loose 5 kilo we go to the sauna again. (startweight 112 - 5 = 107)

after that we will see what the next goal is gonna be...
