BREAKFAST = low carb pumpkin muffin & 1 slice of Canadian bacon. 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
LUNCH = (what was I thinking?!) 1 hot dog wrapped in a bagel & a few sips of an icy mocha drink
DINNER = Lean Cuisine frozen dinner- chicken, spinach, cheese & brown rice (can't remember the name of the entree)
DESSERT = 1 s/f fudgecicle
