I am trying to go with high protein and low carbs. Day two and fatty is doing ok. Fatty is me in my "today" state. It will be a constant battle with Fatty but I plan on winning. So I started with my Morning Star sausage patty and not bad when you are hungry. I find that it is the Coconut Creamer that I add to my coffee that is really pushing up those calories, but I love it. Won't give up that indulgence just yet. I have much weight to lose so I should be okay until I am down to my last pounds and then I will get rid of it. For now...Enjoy. Beautiful day. Weather is nice in Arizona. A nice walk will do me fine around lunchtime. Fatty won't like that and will try hard to talk me out of it. We shall see who wins.
