Yesterday was a break from gym... even tho I felt bad and thought that it was a mistake!!
However, I ended up playing some darts with my bf, it was fun.

As I readjusted my goal weight now I have plenty of work to do, 7 lbs to go! I am positive and going to gym tonight for sure, no excuses and I do need to do the workout, I feel that I "programmed" my body well this time.

it's not a mistake to take a rest once in a while, and you're going back there tonight. I'm so glad you have a gym buddy, it adds some fun to the workouts and helps to keep up the motivation. good luck with your new goal!

Thanks Anne! My buddy is on and off lol... hopefully she comes tonight if not, I am going anyways! (she's 120 lbs not like she needs to lose lol)... but working out is good for everyone!
