Today is the end of the first day on my Quick Weight Loss Centers Diet. I'm hungry, but it's bearable. This was day 1 of 3 of the preparation phase. I'm very much looking forward to my meeting at the center this Wednesday evening to learn what comes next. Hopefully, there will be some carbs in my future, because I'm experiencing significant withdrawal after only 24 hours. Pathetic.

I was thinking today that I do need to buy new clothes, but I'll wait. In 10 weeks, I'll be 30-40 pounds lighter. I already have clothes in my closet that will fit me.

This is not my maiden voyage on the weight-loss journey. I'm trying to keep my spirits up that this will work. The QWLC team promised me that I would be 115 pounds lighter by October 25th, 2016 if I do everything they say. If the plan lives up to its part, I'll do mine.
