Apologies for my inactivity in the last week. We have been very busy and my weight has been fluctuating within 0.8lb so I haven't bothered recording anything. I did very well at my great grandma's birthday party potluck the other day, though I caved while I was making the cake and had a small piece of uniced cake top. Oops. My excuse is that I've had low blood sugar for a few days and even after that bit of cake it was still kind of low. Anyway, I had sugar free ice cream for my dessert that day. Also, I've gotten some very good news! I got a message from my girlfriend and she will be home in about two weeks! I'm very worried because she said she injured her leg but she also said, instead of her coming to see me, first she wants to buy me a ticket so I can go to see her (she knows I just spent all of my savings moving) and when she is back we are going to discuss if I will visit her at her home (if her parents approve since she still lives with them between stints with the Navy) or if I will go to see her while she is doing the next step of her education. One way or another, I will be getting to see her! This motivates me even more because I want her to see me at my best, though she has said she thinks I'm beautiful no matter what. I am a very happy queen this evening.
