so I went off track for a few days... not happy with myself about that! but I am glad that even though it took a week im actually back on track and even lost just that little bit more. its amazing how .5 lbs can either make or break your whole demeaner to food. stepping on that scale this morning and knowing that I wasnt just "breaking even" completely changed my whole mood and determination! I frikkin rock!
