I have also set a new goal weight as 130 lbs... not to lose or anything extreme, but to maintain between 130-135 LBS.. makes sense and that will push me to go to gym regularly as I have been doing lately!

You look amazing and it doesn't seem like 130 will be at all unhealthy. How tall are you? Just curious...

I'm 5'7" so even if I would go as low as 118 lbs I would still be in the good range, but that is not my goal, I was just making sure that I am not in danger or pushing it too far. (= 130 ;bs would be perfectly fine!

Oh, ok. So you're the same height as me. I was curious because you also look curvy, like me. Not curvy as in "plump" but curvy as in hourglass shape. And I think I definitely looked my best around 130--back in the day before I moved in with my boyfriend and starting making chicken pot pies and cookies. :) It all depends, I think, on a) how you feel and b) how much you need to do to maintain a weight. It seems like you are pretty healthy. If a person needs to live on broth and workout three hours to maintain a weight--it's probably too low. Otherwise, as long as you are feeling good then keep up your great work.
