Really struggling to stay off a scale! Think about it too much. I am so happy with my committment and progress that I want to see the results--Daily!!! So far I have not caved to the temptation. Its only been two days tho since I weighted myself. I want to wait a week so the results will be even better, right? Intellectually I know better. Emotionally, I want results and I want them NOW! Gotta just breath through it I suppose. Fortunately I don't have a scale at home,(but did think about buying one today). This is crazy.
