I've gone up nearly a pound in the last two days despite low calories and good exercise. Oh well.

My weight loss chart is a total zig zag affair. I zig up, and then I push hard to zag it down farther. Overall, that takes me down. It's a rare Philmck who can experience some mostly linear weight loss. Keep up the great work, Em!
