Stood up to temptation yesturday! Surprised myself actually. Thought for a moment, no one would ever know. Quickly reminded myself that I would know and so would the scale. Realized that I can not put myself in those situations too often. Not strong enough yet. Can't let myself get so hungry that I don't care what it is I want to eat something. Self control still in its infancy with me. Forward motion.
