Tomorrow is my weigh in...I'm so close to my first goal!!! Once I hit my goal I'm going to try to lose another 5 lbs this summer. We'll see!!
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal & 1 container of Blue Bunny Carb Control vanilla yogurt, 1 slice of Canadian bacon, & a cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer & a smoked meat stick.
LUNCH = salad greens with 1 cubed up chicken breast, 1 torn up slice of reduced fat swiss cheese & balsamic vinagrette
SNACK = 2 s/f candies
DINNER = Cajun spiced fish fillet with 3/4 cup of brown rice topped with 1T Smart Balance & a sprinkle of Asiago cheese. Side salad with more Asiago cheese & balsamic vinagrette
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles
