Finally Friday!
This week was very hectic, work, gym, being sick...etc...
I am not sure if I will go to gym tonight, I went 3 days in a row and am pretty tired and sore on top of being sick for a week, but I am recovering and I feel much better today. Burned 425 kcal on cardio yesterday, that was quite a good cardio!

The weight is good, the food is ok, no junk or bad stuff so far... under control... all is fine.

3 days in a row is great. I don't remember the last time I was at the gym 3 days in a row. I have not been exercising this past week due to work schedule but I still managed to lose some weight. I am definitely going back to the gym tomorrow. I hope you'll feel all better soon. Keep up the good work :)
