I had numerous carbs from Thurs-Sun. I knew it was going to happen and I had planned, as much as I could, for it. Still ate good around it, but too many days in a row. Cheat is supposed to be 1 day, not several.

Due to that, Fri, Sat, and this morning's workouts were very difficult. I had NO energy, strength, stamina...hard to breath! UGH! Proof that I'm heading in the right direction by putting good, whole foods into my body.

Anyway, I have a few pounds back on cause of it and not getting enough water. So today is a new day and I know what to do. On a good note...I'm down 2+ inches in my waist!! Nothing lost in my arms or chest or legs. It will come. Oh! And my arms do look less 'flabby'. :-)
