Wednesdays are 40min on gym bike. 55min Spin Class. 40min Body Pump Class.

amazing: how often per week? I am struggling to do weights twice a week, but got into a steady routine of pilates at half me every morning

Hi I do 4 x 45min pump sessions, 2 x 45min body combat, 1 45min spin class. Then try and fit in 2hrs on the gym bike across the week. The classes are great for me with weights and motivation

hi Yasmine I know what body core is but what is pump? I do aqua aerobics, aerobics, core conditioning, Zumba, yoga and pilates, legs bums and tums. gym and swim. just pump not sure what that is. Take care. Merry Mel ❤️
