damn, i havent "weighed in" in a month. and i dont want to do it now. im retaining water like a mofo, im dehyrdated and i know i've gained. and not just one or two pounds. i'll be sure to weigh in at the end of the week...

i pretty much just took the last couple of weeks off.. i still worked out, but there was a trip to vegas and disneyland and i just couldnt be bothered to care.

besides, when i get to where i want to be, i stop caring, just so i can have a new goal to work towards. i know 128 is too light for my body. i can weigh that for like a second. its rough to maintain. i can maintain 130 just fine. but then i want to see 128 again and its harded to get to, so i just let it all go to about 135, then start all over. I think i'm over 135 right now, but i also know that some of it IS water weight. i can tell by the way it feels when i work out. in a couple days, i'll be under 135 and back on track to 128. then i'll hit 128 and go up to about 133, then back down, etc etc.

i dunno.... i like losing more than i like maintaining.

oh that and all the freaking muscle i'm packing on from doing Insanity! w00t
