One week ago, i was at a local sauna with my friend, and we decided then and there to loose weight together. Personally i don't do it for the looks, because i weight 112 kilos now, and when i loose weight the exces skin will be soo ugly i probably regret loosing the fat-support. But we are both nearing the 40-ties and our condition, lifespan and weight-related ailments started to deteriorate.
Something has to give, and i'm not prepared to be the one that gives. So off with the weight.

It was a golden move to do this together. We both got extremely motivated, and even with 4 birthdays sequentially i managed to gain only half a kilo. That would have been a lot more had we not started that thursday.

After the weigh-in last wednesday (i was 112), we gave eachother a weekly challenge. My challenge was to record all that i eat to this site (via cellphone) My challenge for her was to stop eating after eight-o-clock.

Can't wait untill next weeks weigh-in and am very curious about the new weekly assignment from her.

Our first goal is to each loose 5 kilo's and when we do, we will treat ourselves to a sauna again.
