I lost 6.5 lbs last month. I notice my legs are getting fairly defined and my ankles are slimming down. I notice a difference in the way my clothes fit. I am still overweight and have 30 lbs to go until I am no longer considered overweight but thankfully I am no longer obese. There is a 400m running track just outside my front door essentially and I jogged just over 2km this morning for my daily workout. I didn’t find it too difficult. I think a 5 km is manageable in next few weeks. If I can do a nice easy 5km jog most days of the week while pool is being renovated that’s awesome. All the gym workouts have paid off. More mindful of health and will focus on just whole foods when I do my next shop.
