Wow! Recently my weight has been going crazy lol! TOM is almost gone and of course I went back to my lower weight of 136 lbs. 1 more pound to go and then maintain the healthy weight. I got sick over the weekend and it was not easy, but I am recovering and despite all the weekend was very good. I even went to gym and did 50mins on the bike, burned 250 kcal.. a nice workout without putting in too much effort, working on recovering fast!
So, let the November begin... .. .

Thanks Anne! U r so nice. I hope all is good with you? I am close to my goal and I am so happy!! I did some hard work and for once I really DID IT!!! Gym is on my list for tonight! Looking forward to toning-up!
