So I definitely just screwed up on lunch. I didn't mean to eat the whole pint of Chinese food and a whole pint of rice. I just couldn't stop eating it once I started. I guess it goes to show me that if I don't plan ahead, I have no self control. Next time, I will do better.

I hear you! I find that if I can avoid it completely then I won't be tempted, however if I have just one bite then I immediately go 'oh well, blown it, might as well eat everything in the world!' :-)
