I’ve lost my way! Putting on losing a little and then 6 weeks off with the kids came and I tried but going on holiday was so relaxing food wise (was doing 14k steps daily!) but alcohol flowed 😆 So I’m back to weekly targets and determined to get back there! I’m 40 next year and I would like to end the constant yo yo ing of weight! 💪 weigh ins Saturdays and will take running back to 2x a week 🤞🤞 x
