I'm not big on exercise, just the basics, sitting, standing, house work, driving ect. But today I have decided to try to start skipping (jumping rope) Ive managed 15 mins so far, performed in short bursts, well at least until I build up a little stamina. I hope it brings me some results pretty soon... i neeed the motivation :)
