I just got back from my mid-day workout. Every time I workout, I weigh myself... I generally workout at lunchtime or mid afternoon. Today I weighed in at my lowest weight since July 1st last year... I've been on an unfortunate steady climb from my target for the past year, but I have it coming DOWN now... YAY!!!
I'm not sure I'll reach my target weight again before my birthday in early March, but that is my short-term goal...
