Started watching my carbs on the 2nd and have lost 5lbs as of Friday. I have been making alot of the recipes on here ,and eating some good stuff ,and what they say is true after you hit ketosis your appetite really goes away...I am excited to see what will happen in the next few weeks i am trying to get ready for Halloween and my birthday ..wish me luck
