One of my friends that I haven't seen since highschool made a comment on a photo that I posted the other day with my son. He said it looks like I've been hitting the gym hard, which was nice to hear.
Progress happens so slowly sometimes that it can be tough to recognize within ourselves. so it's nice when an unpropted comment confirms your are doing the right things. Even better that it wasn't a gym or a progress pic.
