I am so happy with the weight I'm at on the 1st day of Feb. The last 11 days I was experimenting with different eating styles. I now know which direction to take. 47 days till spring! 20 weeks till summer! Isn't it exciting? All the wonderful possibilities! We will all succeed!!!
