Today I got up and I jumped on the scale. I was so happy when I jumped on. Didn't think I was going to loose any weight cause I ate like crazy on Friday at our party.. But I guess packing on cleaning on saturday and sunday really paid off.. So yeah jumping on the scale this morning just motivates me more to keep going ahead with this diet.. :)
