So yesterday went to the local all you can eat buffet type restaurant, mainly because the other half won’t eat what he’s cooked for others anymore and he’s the main chef in the house. So off we went had a plate of prawns and a couple of mushrooms. Didn’t enjoy one bit of it if I’m truly honest. Was a time I’d of eaten till I burst but, now I just can’t take that bloated feeling. Which is not a bad thing really!
Greens I put on the plate were just dripping in fat/oil too much for my palette now.
So food habits are definitely changing, finding my self drinking more fluid have to be careful on that score though as I am limited on intake.
Find my self looking at peoples food on here for inspiration and gasping in wonder how some people are losing 4lbs in a week eating bread and pizzas 😅

So 7 weeks in from the start of my journey 10lbs lost. More energy, no bloating, fitting in clothes without having to breathe in. Winning!!
