It was my best friend's birthday - so a big steak dinner, but with no bread and potatoes, just lots of veggies - but did have a Martini to start, and I can't have a steak without red wine - and of course a scotch to finish the evening....but not too bad, I basically skipped lunch - and had a great workout at the gym.
