I'm back from Seattle ... got in about midnight last night. The doctor's visit went well. Now we wait to see if insurance will REALLY authorize the treatment for my hubby. The trip was fairly smooth, long, fun in some ways and stressful in others. I'm pretty much exhausted. I did weigh this morning but have not recorded it here ... yet. I gained, of course, about 3 1/2 lbs but those of you who follow my journal know I fluctuate a lot even when I am being very "careful" about what I eat. So, no worries ... I drank less water and ate more salty things ... it figures.

a problem free trip to and from Seattle
a weekend to pack for our Mexico trip
my best friend ever ... I don't know what I would do without her
the predicted elevation for snow is above our elevation!!
