Ok. I don't know how I did it but I did. I followed WW completely for the past 19 days and I lost the 6lbs I gained. Plus I stopped drinking all the fake drinks like crystal light. I switched to Green tea and water. Lots of water. I lowered my calories to 1000-1200 a day which kept me around the 20 point range. I tried the Wendie Way that a couple of you girls recommended too. It worked! I know this scale is going to go back up as soon as I go back to my normal eating habits of Cheesesteaks, French fries, and cupcakes but for today I'm really happy.
