I've fallen off the rule of 2-3 liters of water and a liter of broth per day, and I can see the immediate effects in something of a stall. In addition, I feel bloated, and my mouth and sinuses are so dry they feel lined with sandpaper. Back on the water wagon, and I'll see if I can't crack into One-derland this weekend.
