I am going to start with a food log for today.

Breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanut butter. I had a brownie for a snack; lasagna and salad (with fat free dresshing) for dinner. Dessert was a large piece of chocolate cream cheese fudge cake.

I did get some exercise while at the dog show today but not enough.
