Worked at Cafe today so my calories are low.
BREAKFAST = 1 SBD peanut butter protein bar
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with s/f hazelnut syrup & skim milk
LUNCH = Grande Iced Raspberry Mocha made with skim milk & s/f syrups (tastes decadent but it's not) 6 small slices of lean roast beef rolled up with approx 1 oz of cheddar cheese.
SNACK = 1 s/f chocolate
DINNER = Paula Deen's Chicken Florentine casserole
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles
EXERCISE = V-Smile Gym Challenge game - approx 20 mins (I hurt from jumping too much- what a wimp!!)
