Back from Marathon weekend. Ran for four days - finished all the races. Ate smart. Rested. Came home and gained 2 pounds. Glad to accomplish weekend but disappointed to go up on the scale. Seriously? Back to the computer and journaling to see if I can get back on track. Mid January already and no progress.
