hello my friends, well my mom took my measurements yesterday from the thickness of my neck,arms,bust,ribs waist,hips,thighs and calfs and ive lost a total of 23inches since April 5th and lost 24.3lbs in 32 days. I couldn't be more excited and proud as soon I'll be able to use the bathroom scale at home.
